This magnificent territory is nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, near Lake de l'Est, 2 kilometers from the Maine border, 20 kilometers from Highway 20 East, between La Pocatière and Rivière-du-Loup.
The main site is situated at an altitude of over 550 meters, surrounded by small mountains that shelter a biological refuge. It covers an accessible area of 656.2 km², including 65.2 km² with exclusive rights for fishing, hunting, and trapping. Its watershed includes 5 main lakes. The rugged Appalachian terrain features beautiful century-old hardwood and coniferous forests, young forests, and rich food resources.
The area is renowned for moose, black bears, and winged wildlife (such as grouse & migratory birds), as well as for spring and summer stays of varying durations in the great outdoors, where everyone can experience immersion according to their passions (fishing, wildlife observation, hiking, mountain biking, etc.).
